The candidate is able to independently develop recent products, meeting both functional and performance requirements, as well as production and assembly needs, based on the technologies available from suppliers and within the company.

At the same time, the candidate is able to modify existing products with targeted modifications aimed at improving quality, reducing production costs, and introducing alternative components, while adhering to the product's initial requirements.

The role requires knowledge of the main current product regulations and standards, which must be applied both during new product development and when introducing changes, which shall comply with safety and road homologation requirements.

Also, the role includes the participation in the definition and execution of product validation tests.

Finally, the development of product technical documentation,



namely user manuals and spare parts catalogs are part of the responsibility of the role.

All of the above activities will be performed within a local and international team, including R&D;, Quality, and Assembly - internal to the company - as well as component suppliers, both commercial and heavy metal fabrication.

Candidate profile requirements:
- degree in mechanical engineering, along with 5-7 years of previous experience, preferably in the field of Construction Equipment / Automobile machinery
- deep knowledge of 3D CAD software, preferably Creo Direct Modelling or equivalent, integrated with a PDM/PLM software. Alternatively, the knowledge of a parametric 3D CAD
- teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills
- excellent written and spoken English
