About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Operations Associate to manage critical finance processes across billing, collections, accounting support, and revenue operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate invoicing, timely collections, clean financial data,



and actionable business reporting while partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.

What you will do

1. Billing Revenue Operations

Manage end-to-end customer invoicing-including generation, validation, and distribution-to ensure 100% accuracy and adherence to agreed timelines.

Monitor revenue realization and identify potential revenue leakage.

Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to resolve billing disputes.

2. Accounts Receivable Collections

Own the end-to-end collections process, including managing aging reports and proactively following up on overdue invoices via emails and phone calls.

Track DSO, overdue balances, recovery rates, and collection effectiveness.

Escalate high-risk accounts and recommend appropriate recovery actions.

3. Accounting Financial Operations

Assist in month-end and year-end close activities financial reporting activities.
