We're Hiring | Business Development Manager (Individual Contributor)

We’re looking for a
results-driven Business Development Manager
to join our team and take ownership of new business growth.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Identifying and converting new business opportunities

• Prospecting through cold calling, networking, social media and other channels

• Managing the complete sales cycle — prospecting to closure

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Conducting market and competitor research

• Preparing presentations, proposals and negotiating with clients

• Working closely with internal teams to drive business growth

• Tracking and reporting sales performance and market insights

What we're looking for:





• 2–8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development

• Solid communication, negotiation and presentation skills

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Self-driven, organised and comfortable working independently

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
