We're Hiring for Senior Executive Legal (Real Estate)

We are looking for a dynamic and committed LLB graduate with 3- 5 years of experience in the Real Estate industry to join our Legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Legal due diligence for land acquisition and property transactions

2. Drafting, vetting and execution of Agreements, Sale Deeds, MOUs, JDAs, POAs, Lease Deeds and other legal documents

3. Handling property-related litigation and non-litigation matters

4. RERA compliance and coordination with government authorities

5. Liaising with advocates, bank panel lawyers, consultants and regulatory authorities

6. Managing registrations, stamp duty compliance and legal documentation

Requirements:

* LL.B. degree with relevant experience in the Real Estate sector.

* Minimum 3 years of experience with a reputed real estate developer/builder.

* Sound working knowledge of all major laws applicable to the real estate industry, including property, revenue, registration, municipal, RERA and related laws.

* Solid drafting and documentation skills in English and Marathi.

* Experience in dealing with revenue authorities, land records and government departments.
