Job Summary

Dev Opus Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, building solid customer relationships, and driving business growth for our IT, Branding, Web Development, and Digital Marketing services.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Identify potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT and digital solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and project estimates.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Negotiate pricing and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the Project Management, Development, Creative, and Marketing teams for smooth project execution.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Experience in lead generation and business development.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or IT Services Sales.
- Experience in the IT industry will be an added advantage.
