Qualification: Graduate / MBA (HR) / MSW (HR)

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate payroll processing and maintain HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Bonus, and Gratuity.
- Handle contractor labour compliance and statutory audits.
- Maintain statutory registers, returns, and compliance records.
- Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
- Liaise with government authorities for labour law compliance, inspections, and statutory matters.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee records.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, and Statutory Compliance.
- Hands-on experience with EPF, ESIC, BOCW, CLRA, Payroll, and Labour Compliance.
- Experience in the Manufacturing and Infrastructure/Construction industry is preferred.
- Positive communication, documentation, and MS Office skills.
