Job Title: Pharma Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Pharma Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for pharmaceutical and life sciences positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates based on client and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions for pharmaceutical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications, skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment terms when required.
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Stay updated with current pharmaceutical industry trends and hiring requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare recruitment is preferred.
- Robust sourcing and networking skills.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical roles and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Experience using job portals and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
