Key Responsibilities

End User Support
- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Resolve user issues related to email, MS Office, Teams, VPN, and shared resources.
- Handle password resets, account unlocks, and user access requests.
- Provide remote and onsite support as required.
- MacBook , Window Laptop Configuration and Troubleshoot
- Microsoft Surface Laptop and Tablet Configuration

IT Infrastructure Support
- Monitor and support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity.
- Troubleshoot basic switch, router, and firewall connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with central IT teams and vendors for issue resolution.
- Ensure uptime of network for Office and Meeting Room
- Printer Cartridge Management and Printer Support
- Plotter Intermediate level support

Incident & Service Request Management
- Log, track,



and update tickets in the ITSM tool.
- Ensure timely resolution within defined SLA timelines.
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support teams.
- Maintain incident and resolution records.

Asset Management
- Maintain IT asset inventory records.
- Track allocation and movement of IT equipment.
- Assist in hardware procurement and replacement activities.
- Conduct physical verification of IT assets.

Security & Compliance
- Follow IT security policies and procedures.
- Support antivirus management and endpoint security compliance.
- Report security incidents and unusual activities.
- Assist in software license compliance activities.

Documentation
- Maintain support documentation and troubleshooting guides.
- Update asset registers and network diagrams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly support reports.
