Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage employee data in Employee Central, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
- Process payroll transactions accurately and timely, including salary payments, bonuses, and deductions.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to employees' personal details.
- Troubleshoot issues with payroll processing software and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM
- 10 - 15 Years SAP Success factors Employee cebtral , variable pay,
- Solid understanding of payroll processing principles and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to maintain confidentiality.
