About ExpoOrders

ExpoOrders is a cloud-based platform that helps businesses take and manage orders at exhibitions using just a smartphone.

We are building a simple solution to a common exhibition problem: exhibitors often spend valuable time writing orders manually, while customers wait and order details are processed later.

What you'll do
- Identify and approach exhibitors participating in trade shows and exhibitions.
- Build databases of exhibitors and decision-makers.
- Contact prospects through WhatsApp, phone calls, email and LinkedIn.
- Explain ExpoOrders and arrange product demonstrations.
- Visit exhibitions and meet exhibitors personally.
- Help onboard exhibitors and coordinate their initial setup.
- Follow up with prospects and convert trials into paying customers.
- Collect customer feedback and identify new sales opportunities.




- Help create simple marketing content, campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Build relationships with exhibition organizers, associations and industry groups.

What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable talking to business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Good follow-up discipline.
- Willingness to make calls and meet customers personally.
- Basic understanding of WhatsApp, email, Excel and LinkedIn.
- Ability to understand a customer's problem and explain a solution simply.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — willing to experiment and find new ways to generate leads.
- Freshers with robust communication skills are welcome.
