Job Summary

Responsible for driving international sales and business development for agrochemical products across global markets. The role involves identifying new markets and customers, managing distributors, developing business relationships, achieving export targets, and ensuring regulatory and commercial compliance for international shipments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute export sales strategies for agrochemical products across international markets.
- Identify and develop new customers, distributors, agents, and business partners globally.
- Manage existing international customers and strengthen long-term business relationships.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify market potential, competitor activities,



pricing trends, and current business opportunities.
- Handle negotiations related to pricing, payment terms, contracts, and commercial conditions.
- Coordinate with Regulatory, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Manage the complete export sales cycle, including enquiry generation, quotation, order confirmation, documentation, shipment, and payment follow-up.
- Develop distributor networks and channel partners in assigned countries/regions.
- Monitor customer requirements, product registrations, regulatory requirements, and import regulations in international markets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, MIS, and regular business updates for management.
