Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reconciliation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of chart of accounts, reconciliation processes between client accounts and general/transit accounts, and a strong grasp of financial transaction workflows. The role requires expertise in handling reconciliation for various payment methods, including RuPay, NEFT, IMPS, UPI, RTGS, credit card payments, and transfers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of client accounts with general and transit accounts.
- Ensure accurate matching of financial transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to optimize reconciliation processes.
- Develop and maintain reconciliation reports to track transaction mismatches and outstanding items.
- Investigate and escalate issues related to unprocessed transactions, chargebacks, and failed settlements.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.




- Support audits and provide necessary reports related to reconciliation processes.
- Collaborate with payment processing partners to ensure seamless transaction flows and settlements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial reconciliation, banking operations, or transaction processing.
- Solid knowledge of chart of accounts and reconciliation processes.
- Experience working with payment networks such as RuPay, NEFT, IMPS, UPI, RTGS, and credit card payments.
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools and reconciliation software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve mismatches efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
