Role & responsibilities

Solid Portfolio Services background to support Transformation Leadership and Group Transformation Office to shape new ways of working and processes to optimise IWPB portfolios. Responsibilities include:
• Accountable for overseeing order book and value management activities
• Draft assessments of IWPB Strategic Execution Controls: Design & Operating Effectiveness, Overall Control Environment
• Control Monitoring training & support for Control Leads in Tier-1 portfolios.
• Coordinate & follow up Self-Assessment submission by Tier-1 portfolios.
• Responsible for stakeholder management, portfolio prioritisation facilitation, benefits realisation, cost management and resource & capability management (i.e. support the matching of supply and demand through demand forecasting and management.)
• Supports effective portfolio, programme and project risk management through the implementation of the global banking Change framework
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders internally & externally to ensure the portfolio is reported accurately and with insight, to ensure appropriate management action
