We are seeking a seasoned UI Lead to architect, build, and deliver high-performance, scalable web applications. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in modern frontend technologies along with proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a UI/Frontend development team.
- Architect and build responsive, scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Define UI architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Backend teams, and business stakeholders.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, security, and performance.
- Resolve complex technical challenges with effective solutions.
- Contribute to technical discussions, estimations, and solution design.




- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high code quality.
- Stay current with evolving frontend technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills
- Solid hands-on experience with JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Solid expertise in HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, and responsive design.
- Strong understanding of component-based development and frontend architecture.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Knowledge of UI performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
