Job Title: Lead - AI & New Initiatives

Job Purpose:
To identify, evaluate and coordinate AI and other new technology initiatives across the organization that can improve productivity, quality, efficiency and business processes. The role will work closely with business teams, IT and external vendors to take initiatives from idea to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify AI and new technology opportunities across different functions to improve productivity, quality and turnaround time.
- Coordinate AI projects, Proof of Concepts (POCs) and other new initiatives across departments.
- Research and evaluate new AI tools, technologies and solutions relevant to the organization.
- Work with IT/Technology teams to evaluate, test and implement suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with external vendors for demos, evaluations, proposals and implementation.
- Work with business teams to support the adoption and effective use of approved AI tools.
- Conduct AI awareness sessions,



demonstrations and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Maintain a tracker of AI use cases, POCs, implementation status and action items.
- Track the business impact of implemented initiatives, including productivity, quality and time savings.
- Provide periodic updates to management on progress, challenges, outcomes and new opportunities.

Candidate Profile:
- Experience in AI, GenAI, Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, Automation, Technology or related areas.
- Positive understanding of Generative AI, LLMs and commonly used AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, etc.
- Hands-on experience in using AI tools and identifying practical business use cases.
- Experience in coordinating technology projects, POCs or new initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to identify opportunities for improvement through technology.
