About The Role

The Eaglets is looking for a
Performance Marketing Executive
to manage and grow the paid marketing efforts across its portfolio of brands, primarily
Artfluence
, along with
Artfluence Living, The Penguin Project
, and other upcoming ventures.

The role will be heavily focused on
performance marketing, customer acquisition and revenue growth
, while also handling basic website and e-commerce operations wherever required.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch and manage
Meta & Google Ads
across multiple brands.
- Manage campaign structure, budgets, audiences, retargeting and scaling.
- Track and optimize
CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR and AOV
.
- Conduct continuous testing of audiences, creatives, products and offers.
- Identify performance issues and take corrective action.
- Scale campaigns that demonstrate profitable and sustainable results.





Creative & Growth
- Analyse creative performance and identify winning hooks, formats and messaging.
- Develop creative testing ideas and work with the founder/designers to execute them.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and conversion.
- Understand the complete funnel from
ad → landing page → product → purchase
.

Website & E-commerce
- Handle basic website operations across brands.
- Add/edit products, collections, banners, offers and landing pages.
- Monitor website traffic, conversion rate, AOV, add-to-cart and checkout performance.
- Identify basic CRO and UX improvements.
- Coordinate with developers/designers for changes beyond your capabilities.

Analytics & Reporting
- Analyse campaign, product and website-level performance.
- Use
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Shopify/e-commerce analytics and Excel/Google Sheets
.
- Prepare weekly performance reports with clear insights and action plans.
