Role & Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers for rooftop solar and renewable energy solutions.
- Meet residential, commercial, industrial and institutional customers to understand their energy requirements.
- Conduct customer visits and coordinate solar site visits for preliminary assessment and discussions.
- Explain solar PV systems, energy solutions, inverters, batteries and related products to customers in a simple and effective manner.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and customer enquiries.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers and generate repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with the technical, design and installation teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Follow up with prospective customers from enquiry to order closure.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's solar business.
- Maintain regular records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups and sales activities.
- Travel within Mangalore and nearby locations such in Dakshina Kannada and Udupi,



Kasaragod and other areas as required for business development and customer meetings.
- Stay updated on solar products, technologies, government schemes and developments in the renewable energy sector.

Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma or Graduate in any discipline is preferred. Candidates with Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Renewable Energy or related qualifications will have an advantage.
- 0-5 years of experience in sales, business development, electrical products, solar, energy solutions or related industries.
- Freshers from any graduate/diploma background with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales and renewable energy are welcome to apply.
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain solutions clearly.
