Job Description:

We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to join our growing e-commerce team.

The candidate will be responsible for customer service, customer care, chat support, WhatsApp support, email support and call support and will help customers with orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges and refunds.

Candidate Requirements:
- 1+ year of Customer Support / Customer Care / Customer Service experience preferred
- Previous E-commerce / D2C / Online Retail experience is preferred
- Good written and spoken English and Hindi
- Experience handling customers through calls, WhatsApp, chat or email

Salary - 18,000 - 25,000 per month

Salary will depend on previous experience, communication skills and overall suitability.
