Ospyn Technologies builds enterprise-grade Document Management (DMS), Digital Office, and University Management solutions trusted by BFSI and Government clients across India and South Asia. As a Presales Executive, you will be the bridge between our product capabilities and our prospects' business needs — driving the technical and consultative side of the sales cycle from first conversation to deal closure.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Discovery & solution mapping
- Engage prospects in structured discovery conversations to uncover pain points, workflow gaps, and technology requirements
- Map prospect needs to Ospyn's product capabilities and build solution narratives that resonate with both business and IT stakeholders
- Qualify leads and opportunities rigorously, ensuring the team pursues deals with genuine fit and win potential

Demos & proof of concept




- Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations for prospects across industries — no generic walkthroughs
- Support and coordinate proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements, working with product and delivery teams to showcase real-world applicability
- Handle technical objections confidently and translate complex product capabilities into business outcomes

Proposals & bid support
- Develop compelling, well-structured proposals, presentations, and solution documents tailored to each prospect
- Support RFP/RFQ/tender responses — ensuring technical accuracy, compliance, and persuasive positioning
- Maintain a live repository of reusable proposal content, case studies, and capability statements

Collaboration & pipeline support
- Partner closely with sales, product, and delivery teams across the deal lifecycle
- Participate in prospect meetings, site visits, and solution workshops as required
