1) Liaising between plant and HO
2) Factory administration
3) Interaction with government bodies etc.
4) Fulfillment of all statutory requirements.
5) Commercial negotiations , execution of site work and recent process implementations.

Required Candidate profile

We prefer someone with 10 -12 years of experience as Works Manager or as Admin & Liaison Manager in any SME Sized manufacturing plant. Hindi fluency is mandatory.
