Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan production activities to meet customer orders on time, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with design engineers to optimize production designs for cost-effectiveness, scalability, and ease of assembly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental norms during all production operations.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry (assembly line management).
- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Robust understanding of assembly line planning, controlling, manpower handling, production management principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
