SAFE ESCAPE is an innovative emergency life-saving descent device designed to provide a controlled escape route from multi-storied buildings during fire and other emergencies. It's a new product for Indian market hence a large scope of sales.
We are looking for experienced, result-oriented Sales Managers who can help us introduce this new safety product to the market and build a strong B2B sales network.
The ideal candidate should have excellent industry contacts and a proven track record in sales, particularly in sectors such as:
- Corporate offices & commercial buildings
- RWAs & residential societies
- Hotels & hospitals
- Schools, colleges & institutions
- Factories & industrial units
- Builders & developers
- Malls, showrooms & retail establishments
- Facility management & security companies
- Fire & safety industry
- Government & institutional organisations
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business through existing contacts and new leads.
- Meet decision-makers and conduct product presentations/demonstrations.
- Develop corporate, institutional and channel sales.
- Build relationships with facility managers, security heads, RWA management and other decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the customer base.
Candidate Profile
- 2–5+ years of sales experience preferred.
- Strong B2B/institutional sales background.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Well-connected with decision-makers across relevant sectors.
- Confident, energetic and comfortable with field sales.
- Highly target-oriented and self-motivated.
Salary: Competitive fixed salary + excellent performance-based incentives and commissions.
