*Department:* SWT Academy – TISS Operations

Role Summary

The role is responsible for end-to-end coordination of the *TISS–SWT Academy vertical*, including academic and operational liaisoning, student management, admissions, industry/internship coordination, examinations, documentation, faculty coordination and identification of new business and revenue-generation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

*TISS Liaisoning & Operations*

* Serve as a key coordination point between *TISS and SWT CLUB* for academic, operational and administrative matters.

* Receive, understand and implement TISS requirements in coordination with the TISS Operations Head and internal teams.

* Conduct regular coordination with TISS stakeholders to monitor activities, identify challenges and ensure timely resolution.

*Student & Academic Management*

* Monitor student academic cycles, internships and other academic requirements.

* Handle escalated cases involving special students, admission dropouts, refunds, academic/internship concerns and parent communication.





* Coordinate with faculty/trainers regarding student feedback, academic requirements and performance.

* Identify faculty requirements and support recruitment, interviews and onboarding.

*Admissions & Counselling*

* Generate and convert admission leads through institutional, school, organizational and counselling networks.

* Counsel prospective students/parents and coordinate the complete online registration and admission process.

* Follow up and convert leads received through TISS and other sources.

*Industry & Internship Coordination*

* Identify and establish current corporate/industry connections for student internships and interviews.

* Ensure internships are aligned with curriculum requirements and students are joining within the prescribed timelines.

* Coordinate with companies and internal teams for internship allocation, follow-up and issue resolution.

*Examination & Academic Logistics*
