To develop, manage, and strengthen the company’s brand identity and communication across all channels. The role will ensure that every customer touchpoint—from social media and advertising to project brochures, websites, campaigns, and corporate communications—communicates a consistent, premium, and compelling brand image.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy

* Develop and implement the company’s brand communication strategy.

* Maintain consistency in brand identity, tone of voice, messaging, colours, typography, and visual standards.

* Develop project-specific brand positioning and communication strategies.

* Create brand guidelines and ensure compliance across departments and agencies.

2. Marketing Communication

* Develop communication concepts for recent project launches, campaigns, events, and promotions.

* Prepare campaign briefs, creative briefs, key messages, taglines, and communication themes.

* Coordinate with graphic designers, digital marketing agencies, photographers, videographers, and advertising agencies.





* Review and approve marketing creatives before publication.

3. Digital & Social Media

* Develop the brand communication calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, website, and other relevant platforms.

* Ensure content reflects the company’s premium positioning.

* Coordinate with the digital marketing team for campaign execution.

* Monitor content quality, engagement, reach, and brand consistency.

4. Project Marketing

* Develop communication strategies for individual real-estate projects.

* Create project narratives highlighting architecture, lifestyle, location, amenities, and USP.

* Coordinate brochures, hoardings, advertisements, presentations, walkthrough videos, launch materials, and sales collateral.

* Ensure consistency between marketing communication and actual project specifications.

5. Content Development

* Develop and edit:

* Campaign copy

* Social media content

* Website content
