Key Responsibilities
- Process frontline compensation transactions in Workday, including merit updates, pay adjustments, and shift differential changes.
- Administer frontline compensation cycle activities, preparing data, loading templates, and validating outcomes.
- Respond to compensation inquiries from managers and employees on frontline pay processes, policies, and eligibility.
- Conduct data quality checks on frontline compensation transactions, identifying and escalating discrepancies.
- Prepare compensation reports and summaries to support frontline cycle delivery and stakeholder updates.
- Maintain accurate compensation records and transaction logs in compliance with governance and audit requirements.
- Assist in testing Workday compensation configurations and validating cycle readiness for frontline populations.
- Coordinate with HRBPs and field operations teams on frontline compensation data requests and program communications.

Knowledge & Experience
- Compensation administration or HR operations experience with frontline or hourly workforce exposure.




- Working knowledge of compensation processes, merit cycles, and frontline pay administration.
- Proficiency with Workday or equivalent HRIS compensation modules.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume compensation data processing.
- Ability to manage stakeholder inquiries and deliver within defined SLA requirements.
