Job Summary

Poddar Diamonds Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Sales, Marketing & Business Development Manager
to drive sales, develop recent business opportunities, manage client relationships, and strengthen the company's presence across
Mumbai, Delhi, and other domestic and international markets
.

The candidate will be responsible for
sales generation, client acquisition, business development, marketing activities, market expansion, and achieving revenue targets
.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify and approach potential clients, retailers, wholesalers, jewellery manufacturers, brands, distributors, and corporate customers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, references, networking, exhibitions, social media,



and industry contacts.
- Convert leads into customers and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Promote and sell the company's
diamond and jewellery products

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Explore new territories, customer segments, and business opportunities.
- Develop domestic and international business opportunities.

Marketing
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities for the company's products.
- Develop strategies to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing and social media teams for campaigns and promotions.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, pricing, competitors, and industry trends.
