ITMC Systems is hiring an experienced and result-oriented Technical Recruiter for our Domestic Staffing team.

Location: Greater Noida West – Onsite

Position: Technical Recruiter – Domestic Staffing

What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand technical requirements and identify relevant candidate profiles.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Maintain a strong and active candidate pipeline.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and joining process.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and update the ATS/tracker regularly.
- Work closely with the Business Development and Account Management teams to close requirements.

What We're Looking For




- 1–4 years of experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Staffing.
- Strong understanding of the Indian IT recruitment market.
- Experience hiring for technical roles such as Java, .NET, Python, React, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Strong candidate screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing environment.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 7 days will be preferred.
