We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive / Senior Executive with 2 to 4 years of B2B inside sales experience, preferably selling technology solutions to Banks, Financial Institutions and FinTech companies.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, reaching out to decision-makers, generating qualified opportunities and supporting the sales team in building a solid pipeline across our banking technology portfolio.

The role will cover sales and lead generation for:
- TestNova Test Automation Platform
- AuditOne Online Transaction Auditing Solution
- Newgen Solutions & Implementation Services
- Finastra Essence Core Banking Services & Solutions
- Other BFSI technology and AI-led solutions introduced by the company

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential Banks, Financial Institutions,



FinTechs and other BFSI organizations across target markets.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, databases, referrals and other outbound channels.
- Identify relevant decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, Heads of IT, Heads of Digital, Heads of Testing/QA, Operations Heads, Core Banking Heads and Procurement teams.
- Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their business requirements, technology landscape and potential opportunities.
- Position the company's products and services based on customer needs.
- Schedule product demonstrations and discovery meetings for the sales, product and solution teams.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and continuously follow up with prospects until opportunities progress to the next stage.
