Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

About Us
JPS Sonarpur, part of the Jyotirmoy Education & Welfare Foundation (JEWF) group of institutions, is looking for a responsible and caring Hostel Warden to oversee the daily operations of our student hostel and ensure a safe, disciplined, and supportive living environment for students.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day hostel operations and ensure student safety and welfare
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and daily routines among hostel residents
- Coordinate with parents/guardians regarding student well-being as needed
- Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of hostel premises
- Manage mess/meal schedules and coordinate with hostel staff
- Handle emergencies and medical situations promptly, escalating as required
- Maintain hostel records, registers, and reports




- Ensure compliance with hostel rules and institutional policies (including child safety/POCSO guidelines)

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred); candidates with relevant experience may also be considered
- Prior experience in hostel management, warden duties, or a similar caregiving/supervisory role preferred
- Patient, responsible, and disciplined individual with good communication skills
- Willingness to reside on/near campus as required
- Basic administrative and record-keeping skills

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
