Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Closing Manager to lead the sales closing process and convert qualified leads into successful deals. The candidate will be responsible for managing prospects, handling negotiations, addressing objections, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to final closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and close qualified sales leads through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Track leads, opportunities, conversions, and closures in the CRM.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, and other teams to complete transactions.
- Build strong customer relationships and improve conversion rates.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and closures.
- Identify opportunities to improve the sales closing process.




- Ensure all documentation and commercial requirements are completed accurately.

Requirements

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects.
