Job Title: Senior Trainer US Healthcare RCM

Location: Hyderabad / Mumbai

Experience: Min 6+ Years in US Healthcare RCM with 3+ Years in Training

Preferred: Experience as Trainer, Senior Trainer on papers is mandatory

Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver process and domain training for US Healthcare RCM teams (AR Calling, Denial Management, Eligibility, Prior Authorization, Payment Posting, Charge Entry).
- Conduct new hire onboarding and refresher training programs.
- Develop and update training content, SOPs, assessments, and learning materials.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide coaching to improve productivity and quality.
- Identify knowledge gaps and recommend training interventions.
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to drive performance improvements.
- Conduct process updates, calibration sessions, and floor support activities.

Required Skills:




- Robust end-to-end knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
- Excellent understanding of AR, Denials, Insurance Follow-up, Medical Billing, and Revenue Cycle workflows.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience in creating training modules and conducting assessments.
- Good knowledge of Hospital and/or Physician Billing processes.

Preferred:
- Experience as Trainer, Senior Trainer on papers is mandatory
