Job Summary
Broad Function: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise sales Manager with strong and proven experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offerings in BFSI sector. As a Enterprise sales Manager, you will empower leading BFSI institutions with creative, scalable, and secure enterprise solutions that enhance customer engagement, operational efficiency, and digital transformation outcomes.
Responsibilities
- New Business Acquisition Account Growth: Drive new logo acquisition across tier 1/ tier 2 (large mid-size) bfsi accounts. BFSI enterprises by identifying, prospecting, and converting high-value business opportunities. Develop high-potential accounts through strategic relationship building, cross-selling, and solution-led engagement to expand wallet share and create sustainable, long-term revenue growth.
- CXO Engagement Consultative Selling:
Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, Business Heads, Technology Leaders, and other senior stakeholders across BFSI organizations. Adopt a consultative selling approach to understand business challenges and align enterprise solutions with strategic priorities, regulatory requirements, operational efficiencies, customer experience goals, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Large Enterprise Deal Ownership: Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise transformation deals end-to-end, from opportunity identification and qualification through solution discussions, commercials, negotiations, and contract closure. Effectively navigate long and complex sales cycles involving multiple business and technology stakeholders while maintaining momentum toward successful closure of high-value contracts.
