Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer who can translate brand and marketing objectives into high-quality visual communication. The ideal candidate should have a robust design aesthetic, excellent conceptual thinking, and the ability to independently manage multiple creative requirements across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design high-quality creatives for digital marketing campaigns, social media, performance marketing, website, CRM, WhatsApp, emailers, and other customer touchpoints.

Develop creative concepts for brand campaigns, property launches, seasonal campaigns, offers, and promotional initiatives.

Design offline marketing collateral including brochures, standees, posters, event branding, corporate presentations, and other brand assets.

Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and maintain a premium and cohesive visual identity across all communication.

Work closely with the Marketing, Content, Performance Marketing, Sales,



and other internal teams to understand briefs and translate them into compelling creatives.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and campaign deadlines.

Create and adapt designs across multiple sizes, formats, and platforms.

Support photo selection, image treatment, retouching, and visual storytelling for hospitality and luxury properties.

Contribute ideas during campaign brainstorming and help elevate the overall creative quality of the brand.

Review creative outputs and ensure high standards of design, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.

Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, printers, or other creative partners whenever required.

Skills & Requirements

Min 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably with experience in hospitality, travel, luxury, lifestyle, real estate, or consumer brands.
