Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Head to lead manufacturing operations for an Air Conditioning (AC) production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing production processes while ensuring quality, safety, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production operations for AC manufacturing.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet business targets.
- Optimize production processes to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Monitor production schedules, capacity planning, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage production budgets, cost control, and waste reduction.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Procurement teams.
- Analyze production KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
- Lead, train, and mentor production teams to achieve operational excellence.





Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (MBA is an advantage).
- 12–18 years of experience in AC, HVAC, or consumer durables manufacturing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or production management role.
- Robust knowledge of AC manufacturing processes, assembly lines, and production planning.
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing KPIs.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per month
