- Arrange merchandise in attractive displays
- Assist customers by providing detailed product information and making suggestions for gifts
- Work with team members to maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Handle customer complaints, issues and returns in a skilled manner
- Keep up-to-date with product features, trends, and stock availability
