Key Responsibilities
- Head the
Engineering & Maintenance Department
of the mall.
- Lead technical operations, maintenance and upkeep of all mall equipment and assets.
- Ensure smooth and effective functioning of
Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC and Civil
systems.
- Plan and monitor preventive & breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure safety, compliance and optimum performance of engineering assets.
- Manage vendors, AMC activities and maintenance teams.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure minimum downtime.
- Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.

Candidate Profile
- Engineering degree/diploma in
Electrical / Mechanical / related discipline
.
- Minimum
10 years of relevant experience
in a similar engineering/maintenance leadership role.
- Experience in
Malls, Hotels, Hospitality, Commercial Buildings or Large Facilities
preferred.
