Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients according to their individual needs and treatment plans.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, health conditions, and progress.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation, patient records, medication charts, and reports.
- Observe patients for changes in physical, psychological, or behavioural conditions and report significant changes promptly.
- Ensure proper infection-control practices, hygiene, and patient safety standards are maintained.
- Provide emotional support and maintain respectful, qualified communication with patients and their families.
- Assist with admission, transfer, discharge, and referral procedures.
- Ensure proper handover of patient information during shift changes.
- Maintain and monitor nursing equipment,



medical supplies, and emergency equipment.
- Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols, ethical standards, and statutory requirements.
- Participate in patient education and health-awareness activities.
- Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and initiate necessary first-aid/emergency measures.
- Work collaboratively with doctors, therapists, caregivers, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
- Perform other nursing-related duties assigned by the Nursing In-Charge or management.

Required Qualifications
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration with the appropriate State Nursing Council.
- Previous clinical experience preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
