? We’re Hiring | Associate Recruiter

Location: Sector 3, Noida

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 1–2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other recruitment platforms

• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

• Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth recruitment processes

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong sourcing and candidate screening abilities

• Comfortable working in a target-driven recruitment environment

• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes

• Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome to apply
