Job Summary

The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing excellent patient and attendant support throughout their hospital journey. The role involves handling patient queries, coordinating with various departments, managing feedback and complaints, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through face-to-face interaction, telephone calls, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, timings, procedures, and facilities.
- Coordinate with concerned departments to resolve patient queries.
- Follow up with patients when required to ensure proper resolution.
- Assist patients with doctor appointments and rescheduling.
- Coordinate appointment-related queries with the respective departments.
- Conduct follow-up calls when required.
- Inform patients about appointment timings and relevant instructions.
- Attend incoming patient calls professionally.
- Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, feedback, health packages,



and other approved hospital requirements.
- Maintain proper call records and follow-up details.
- Ensure professional telephone etiquette at all times.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good spoken English and Kannada; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Valuable listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle difficult or dissatisfied customers professionally.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
- Positive attitude and patient-friendly personality.
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital customer care, patient relations, front office, or healthcare operations.
- Willing for Night Shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
