Role Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead with 4+ years of hands-on agency experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns while leading high-performing teams.

This role goes beyond campaign execution. The Performance Marketing Lead is responsible for driving performance outcomes across multiple accounts, mentoring team members, building optimization frameworks, improving delivery quality, and contributing to overall agency growth.

You will work closely with Pod Managers, Account Managers, Creative Teams,



and senior leadership to ensure performance campaigns consistently achieve business objectives.

This is a leadership role with ownership of both results and people.

- Not someone who only manages their own campaigns
- Not someone who escalates every problem instead of solving it
- Not someone focused only on platform metrics without understanding business outcomes
- Not a senior executive role with a different title

Key Responsibilities
- Performance Strategy Leadership
- Develop and oversee paid media strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Build campaign frameworks for lead generation, e-commerce, branding, and conversion-focused objectives
- Guide campaign planning across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Meta Feed, Reels, Stories, and Lead Generation campaigns
- Recommend platform mix, budget allocation, and funnel strategy based on business goals
- Team Management and Mentorship
- Lead, mentor, and review the work
