About the Role
We are looking for experienced and passionate Visiting Faculty for BBA to deliver engaging, practical, and industry-oriented lectures to undergraduate students.
Subjects
Faculty with expertise in one or more of the following subjects:
- Public Administration
- Financial Accounting
- Business Economics
- Basic Principles of Management
- Fundamentals of Human Resource Management
- Basics of Marketing Management
- Principles of Financial Management
- Income Tax & Law Practice
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct lectures as per the prescribed BBA curriculum.
- Explain concepts using practical examples and industry cases.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and learning materials.
- Engage students through discussions, activities, and case studies.
- Conduct assessments, assignments, and doubt-solving sessions.
- Monitor student learning and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding syllabus completion and student performance.
Eligibility & Skills
- Qualification: MBA / M.Com / MA / LLB or equivalent qualification relevant to the subject.
- 1+ years of teaching, training, or relevant industry experience preferred.
- Solid subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Good classroom management and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach BBA-level students effectively.
- Practical and student-centric approach to teaching.
Preferred Candidates
- Experienced BBA/MBA/M.Com faculty
- College/university lecturers
- Industry professionals with strong subject expertise
- Freelance or visiting faculty with prior teaching experience
