About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, business-oriented professional to work closely with the European initiatives at The Design Village, and support a range of business, communication, coordination, and operational requirements
.

The role requires someone who can understand business priorities, communicate effectively with different stakeholders, drive follow-ups, research academic initiatives and ensure that tasks and initiatives move forward to timely closure. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a agile environment, managing multiple priorities, and taking ownership of diverse responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely on academic innovation initiatives within the TDV EU team to drive
day-to-day business and strategic requirements
.
- Understand business priorities and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure effective execution.
- Draft and manage
business communications, emails, briefs, notes,



presentations, and reports
.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and leadership on various requirements.
- Track action points, timelines, deliverables, and ensure consistent
follow-ups and closure
.
- Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs, trackers, business updates, and other relevant documentation.
- Support the stakeholders with
research, information gathering, analysis, and preparation of business briefs
.
- Assist in managing and executing special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Act as a communication and coordination bridge between TDV EU and different teams.
- Support business meetings, discussions, events, and other requirements as needed.
- Identify pending actions or potential gaps proactively and follow through until resolution.
- Maintain a high level of
confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion
while handling sensitive information.
