Job Title - Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC) LMS Functional Lead

Location - Bangalore, Hyderabad

Experience - 10 + years

Requirements:

Looking for an experienced LMS Functional Lead (Oracle Learning Cloud) to manage end-to-end implementation, solution design, and stakeholder coordination for learning solutions in Oracle HCM.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Learning Cloud (LMS)
- Conduct requirement gathering and design workshops with HR and business teams
- Configure LMS components:
- Learning items (courses)
- Catalogs and assignments
- Workflows and approvals
- Manage course creation, content upload (SCORM, videos, etc.) and learning setup.
- Drive CRP, SIT, UAT, and go-live activities.




- Provide solution design and functional guidance to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with technical, functional, and business teams.
- Ensure quality delivery, timelines, and compliance.
- Handle enhancements and post-implementation support (hypercare).
- Lead and mentor functional team members.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC)
- Expertise in:
- LMS implementation and configuration
- Learning lifecycle (create, assign, track, complete)
- Experience in end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects
- Good understanding of Talent Management modules.
- Robust stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
