Role Overview

We are looking for a
Solar PV Module Expert
with
6–9 years of relevant experience
in
PV module manufacturing, module technology, process engineering, quality or technical operations
.

The candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise on
PV module technologies, manufacturing processes, materials, quality and product performance
, while working closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, R&D;, Procurement and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise in
Solar PV Module manufacturing and technology
.
- Understand end-to-end
PV module manufacturing processes
, including cell interconnection, stringing, layup, lamination, framing, junction-box installation and testing.
- Work with PV technologies such as
Mono PERC, TOPCon, HJT
and other relevant technologies.




- Develop/review
Module BOMs and technical specifications
.
- Evaluate module materials such as
solar cells, glass, EVA/POE, backsheets, ribbons, junction boxes, frames and sealants
.
- Support
technical evaluation and qualification of suppliers/materials
.
- Coordinate with Procurement and vendors for technical specifications, quality requirements and material approvals.
- Identify manufacturing defects and conduct
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
and corrective/preventive actions.
- Monitor module quality, reliability, yield and performance.
- Support
process improvement and yield improvement
initiatives.
- Review technical datasheets, test reports, specifications and quality documents.
- Work with Production, Quality and Engineering teams during
current product/process development
.
- Support qualification of new materials, suppliers and module technologies.
- Troubleshoot issues such as
cell cracks, soldering def
