About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Legal Office Clerk to assist the lawyer and office team with day-to-day administrative, documentation, filing, and court-related activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling legal documents, maintaining records, coordinating with clients and courts, and ensuring that office work is completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize case files, legal documents, agreements, notices, and correspondence.
- Prepare, print, scan, photocopy, and arrange legal documents as instructed by the lawyer.
- Maintain proper physical and digital filing systems for ongoing and closed cases.
- Assist in preparing documents for court hearings, client meetings, and legal proceedings.
- Maintain a calendar of court dates, hearings, meetings, deadlines, and appointments.




- Coordinate with clients regarding document collection, appointments, and basic case-related requirements.
- Visit courts, government offices, registrar offices, or other relevant authorities for document submission and collection when required.
- Maintain records of case numbers, hearing dates, orders, notices, and other case information.
- Assist with drafting basic letters, applications, notices, and other documents under the lawyer's instructions.
- Handle office correspondence, emails, and telephone calls professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and sensitive legal documents.
- Track pending documentation and follow up with clients or concerned parties.
- Maintain basic office registers, expense records, and administrative documentation.
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties assigned by the lawyer.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass; grad
