WHAT YOULL OWN
Drive city-level GTM, sales & investment growth
Deliver targets across FDs, Bonds & Mutual Funds
Build & scale IFAs, DSAs, MFDs & Wealth Advisor channels
Hire, coach & manage a 5–10 member field sales team
Lead from the front in customer acquisition & closures
Own city P&L;, CAC, productivity & unit economics
Drive cross-sell, repeat investments & wallet growth
Ensure CRM discipline, funnel management & compliance

MUST-HAVE
10+ years of Branch-level Sales or BD
Background in Banking / Insurance / Investments / Lending / Wealth Management / E-commerce
Strong direct retail/affluent customer + channel sales experience
Minimum 2 years of team handling experience
Robust local market network in the respective city
Strong negotiation, closing & partner-management skills
Comfortable being 70–80% on-ground
English + local language proficiency
