ABOUT THE ROLE

ClimbX Global is looking for a
results-driven and analytical Performance Marketer
with at least 1 year of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms and a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across
Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
.
- Develop and manage campaigns based on business objectives such as
lead generation, conversions, website traffic, and sales
.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Create and manage different campaign types, ad sets, audiences, creatives, and budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve
ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
.
- Perform
A/B testing
for creatives, ad copies, audiences, placements, and landing pages.




- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify trends and insights from campaign data and recommend actionable improvements.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets effectively.
- Coordinate with the
creative, content, social media, and sales teams
to improve campaign performance.
- Track leads and conversions and ensure proper campaign tracking and attribution.
- Stay updated with the latest
Meta Ads, Google Ads, digital marketing trends, and platform updates
.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Minimum
1 year of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
.
- Strong knowledge of
Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
.
- Understanding of
lead generation and conversion campaigns
.
- Valuable knowledge of performance marketing metrics such as
CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and ROI
.
