Job Description:
Lead Engineer – Full Stack (.NET, Angular, Azure)
Role Overview

As a Lead Engineer , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications across the full technology stack using C#, .NET, SQL Server, Angular, and Azure Cloud . You will provide technical leadership, drive engineering best practices, mentor development teams, and collaborate closely with Product, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Experience or familiarity with IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and reverse logistics processes is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Solution Delivery
- Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise applications and services.
- Drive application stability and reliability by supporting production environments and resolving complex technical issues.
- Define and promote engineering standards, coding practices, and architectural guidelines.




- Conduct code reviews and ensure software quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Partner with Product, Infrastructure, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support disaster recovery, monitoring, and operational readiness activities.
Full-Stack Development
- Design and develop scalable APIs and microservices using C# and .NET .
- Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular .
- Develop self-service capabilities that enable users to onboard, configure, and manage services independently.
- Design and maintain secure API integrations and gateway solutions.
- Support multi-tenant application capabilities and customer onboarding workflows.
- Leverage Azure services including App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Stora
