About the Role
Cogniter Technologies is looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager – Marketing to join our team in Chandigarh.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and successfully delivering multiple marketing and technology projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong project management, team leadership, client handling, stakeholder communication, resource planning, risk management, and problem-solving skills.

The Project Manager will work closely with marketing specialists, SEO/PPC professionals, social media teams, designers, developers, content writers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop comprehensive project plans covering objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, milestones, dependencies,



and resource requirements.
- Gather requirements from clients and internal stakeholders and translate them into clear project plans and actionable tasks.
- Define priorities, assign tasks, establish deadlines, and monitor project progress from initiation through completion.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives, marketing strategies, and client expectations.
- Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables while proactively addressing delays and bottlenecks.
- Coordinate project activities across multiple teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams comprising marketing specialists, SEO/PPC professionals, social media experts, designers, developers, and content writers.
- Assign responsibilities based on team members' skills, workload, availability, and project requirements.
