Job Description
Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Tele Sales Executive with a background in IT/technology sales to join our outbound sales team. You will proactively reach out to US-based businesses, pitch Arcitech's suite of AI automation, software development,



and managed IT services, and convert qualified leads into active sales pipelines. This is a fully remote position; you'll work US business hours and need your own calling infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to US-based B2B prospects to generate qualified leads
- Pitch Arcitech's offerings — AI Automation, Software Development, Web & App Development, Managed IT Services, Enterprise Integration
- Identify decision-makers (CTO, CIO, VP Engineering, Ops Heads) and build meaningful conversations
- Qualify prospects using BANT/MEDDIC and schedule discovery calls/demos for the senior sales team
- Achieve monthly KPIs: call volume, connect rate, qualified meetings, pipeline generated
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot/Zoho CRM)
- Research target accounts and industry trends to personalize outreach
- Collaborate with marketing on inbound follow-up and content-driven campaigns
